March saw a new start for Barrow Society of Artists with a first. A digital art demonstration by Jacob Currie. The talk and demonstration by Jacob was engaging and enlightening to those of us who had never seen digital art in the making.
Jacob created a lighthouse scene using digital art paintbrushes and programmes. It was an entertaining two hours, where we got to see how digital art is made, changed and edited to create the picture you want.
A fun part was seeing the art work created change colours to suit different palettes and collaborating with the Digital Artist on what to add to make the picture created work.
It was a fantastic demonstration by a very dedicated artist.
Jacob Currie created Barrow Society of Artists new logo and bee and arrow emblem.
If you would like to contact Jacob use the Barrow Society of Artists email address barrowsocietyofartists@outlook.com from our home page, correspondence will be forwarded to this talented young artist.

A star in the making!
